The Bridge Club is flourishing here in Baton Rouge.

George Atherton started his EasyBridge classes today and had 5 tables this morning and 6 tables this evening.

The Thursday morning game had 8 tables of 0-500 players and the Thursday evening game had 7 and 1/2 tables of 0-500 players.

26 and 1/2 tables of bridge players on a routine Thursday in January is an EXTREMELY good day for our bridge club.

Our table count was up over 20% for 2003 and we recruited 24 or 25 new ACBL members.
