Bill Cook was recently elected District 10 Representative to the ACBL Board of Directors, replacing Chuck Wilkinson.


District 10 Winners at Atlanta Labor Day Regional

181 District 10 players won 2,358 masterpoints at the Atlanta Labor Day Regional. Atlantal had a record attendance of 3,436 tables.


District 10 2003 - 2004 Grand National Teams Final Results

The results from the 2003-2004 GNT event in District 10. The 1st place finisher in each flight will represent District 10 at the New York NABC this summer:


District 10 Winners at Gatlinburg Regional

District Ten players won lots of masterpoints at the 2004 Gatlinburg Regional Tournament.  We had 312 players who won masterpoints and the total came to a whopping total of 4,403.59 masterpoints - - a job well done!  Here is a list of masterpoint winners from our district.

We Had Lots of Winners in Gatlinburg

District Ten players helped the MABC Gatlinburg Regional set a new regional attendance record by showing up in large numbers and they did very well in the masterpoint department also.  We had 314 players who won masterpoints and the total came to a whopping total of almost 4665 points - - a job well done!  Here is a list of the top twnety-five from our district.


District Ten Players Outstanding in Augusta

There were sixteen players from our district that attended the MABC Augusta Regional held during the second week of June and these players did very well, winning over 217 masterpoints.  The leading District 10 masterpoint winners were:

District Representatives to ACBL Board of Governors Will Continue as Representatives

Our current representatives to the ACBL Board of Governors, Nell Cahn (Shreveport), Ralph Cohen (Memphis) and Betty Ann Kennedy (Shreveport) current terms ends December 31 of this year,  but all three have been chosen to serve for another
term which runs from January 1, 2004  until December 21, 2006. This trio has worked very hard in behalf of our district and Distinct 10 president Ed Davis says "Thanks for a job well done."
